    Not too pleased with Sasktel. i recently started a contract through sasktel. on December 22nd, 2016 to be exact. my billing date is the 29th of every month. ive already had quiet a few problems with sasktel itself. 1) three days after (on Christmas Day) setting up my contract sasktel messaged my number and told me i had already used up over $50 of additional data. i have the 10GB shareMore data plan, i checked the MySasktel app and it said i had only used up 3GB'S OF MY 10GB data plan. i went into sasktel and went up to the same guy that set my contract up. he assured me that it was a system glitch and that i would get a one-time credit onto my account (let me just point out the "ONE-TIME CREDIT" so when sasktel messes up they will only credit you once, and then after that YOU have to pay for their mistakes???!!) 2) when i first got the phone i set up a pre-authorized payment for my first bill payment. Since there was only a week left of my billing period, the guy that i dealt with at sasktel told me that i would NOT have to pay my bill UNTIL february 14th or 15th (depending on when the pre-authorized payment comes out) well the pre-authorized payment tried to come out of my account a few days ago but since i was LIED to i am now stuck with a $50 bank fee because the payment didn't go through. the only reason why it never went through is because i was told it wasn't supposed to come out until AFTER my first bill which was supposed to be January 29th of 2017. ​i haven't even had a contract with sasktel for a month and they have already dissatisfied me enough that as soon as this contract is up, I'm done, sasktel will lose me as a customer forever, i thought bell was bad, nothing compared to this gong show.
